The second Benjamin’s Desk location expands our community to the historic Curtis Building on Washington Square. With convenient access to some of the region’s best restaurants, stores, and hotels, Benjamin’s Desk Washington Square makes an ideal home base for both local entrepreneurs and visiting professionals.
The 11th Floor
Plan. Build. Execute.
Optimized for launch teams, early-stage startups, and media/publishing companies, our space on the 11th Floor at The Curtis features dozens of private offices and collaboration suites. With access to all of the amenities and network benefits upstairs and in our other locations, members who call this floor home can enjoy privacy and focus without sacrificing personal connections.
The 12th Floor
Learn. Collaborate. Celebrate.
The evolution of our original vision for professional coworking, this vibrant space hosts Philadelphia’s Bunker Labs incubator for veteran-operated startups, as well as collaboration spaces for development teams, creative agencies, and solo entrepreneurs. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook many of the city’s iconic landmarks, while bathing the space in natural light. Members can refresh themselves in our kitchen (stocked with MARS beverages and other treats), while visitors can enjoy the view from our flexible event space above the dramatic Curtis atrium.
